Information	Description
Common name and scientific name	Thyme, Garden Thyme, English Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
Growth habit and size	A low-growing aromatic shrub that grows up to 25cm tall with spreading growth habit.
Foliage, flower color, and texture	It forms a woody stem with small, linear to ovate, dark-gray-green foliage. Produces tiny, whorled inflorescences in shades of purple, white or pink.
Pot Size	Ø15cm x H11.5cm
Overall Height	25-35cm from the base of the pot
Sunlight requirements	Performs best in full sun or partial shade area that receive at least 6 hours of sunlight daily.
Watering needs	Require regular and frequent watering especially during a hot day. Water thoroughly when the soil surface becomes dry.
Soil type and pH requirements	Grow best in well-drained, fertile soil. Prefer slightly alkaline to neutral soil with pH range between 6.0 - 8.0
Feeding and fertilizer needs	Feed with all-purpose organic fertilizer at least once a month to provide essential nutrients for healthy plant growth. It is also recommended to apply fertilizer after harvesting to rejuvenate the plant.
