Scientific Name:	*Bougainvillea sp.*
Description:	Bougainvillea is a popular tropical ornamental flower commonly used in landscaping. It is an evergreen woody climber (vine) growing to a maximum of 7m tall. Overgrown shoots of the plant attach themselves to surrounding areas that can be a good support base with the help of woody thorns. Colorful bracts, commonly mistaken for flowers, are commonly in magenta purple, white, oranges or crimson red.

Light:	Full sun or partial-shade
Water:	Requires moderate and regular watering. Check the dryness of soil before watering.
Fertilizer:	Feed with general NPK fertilizer once or twice a month.
Trimming:	Gently trim away dry, brown, or yellowish leaves by using a pair of secateurs. Trimming allows available nutrients in the soil to be transferred into the new leaves which encourage intentional growth. Also, trimming allows your plants to retain in a good shape and keep pests, fungal and diseases away.
