Description: |
Tarragon is a perennial herb with long, light green leaves and
tiny greenish or yellowish white flowers. It provides fragrant leaves that can be harvested and preserved
for cooking year-round. Tarragon grows best in a deep, loamy soil that holds moisture,
but drains well. Tarragon is a good companion to most vegetables in the garden. You will need to prune it regularly to prevent too much
flowering. This will help keep the plant producing more leaves. |
