Scientific Name:	*Calathea Picturata 'Crimson'*
Description:	Calathea Picturata 'Crimson' is a stunning plant with dark pink centered leaves with a deep green-black border. Their decorative leaves are the characteristic of Marantaceae family. The cultivars have very different leaf colors and grain drawings. Also, there are some of the most popular houseplants with air-purifying properties. To keep your plant healthy and strong, you may trim older or brown leaves.

Fertilizer:	Feed with diluted liquid fertilizer once or twice a month.
Trimming:	Gently trim away dry, brown, or yellowish leaves by using a pair of secateurs following to the shape of the leaves. Trimming allows available nutrients in the soil to be transferred into the new leaves which encourage intentional growth. Also, trimming allows your plants to retain in a good shape and keep pests, fungal and diseases away.
