Information	Description
Scientific Name:	Pelargonium graveolens
Description:	Mosquito plant is a shrub growing in semi-shade area. Their deeply incised leaves are covered in soft, glandular hairs that produce rose-scented oils. The leaves are used to make geranium oil which is used in the perfume industry for its rose-like scent. The leaves of mosquito plant emit a smell that repels mosquitoes and other insect.

Light:	Full sun, partial sun, bright light.
Water:	Check regularly and water as needed. Water thoroughly when the soil turns slightly dry to touch. Never let the soil dry out completely.
Fertilizer:	Fertilize with all-purpose fertilizer once a month to encourage growth.
Trimming:	Gently trim away dry, brown, or yellowish leaves by using a pair of secateurs. Trimming allows available nutrients in the soil to be transferred into the new leaves which encourage intentional growth. Also, trimming allows your plants to retain in a good shape and keep pests, fungal and diseases away.
