Delivery or Self-Collection

Self-Collection/ Pickup from Store

  1. The picking fee of $3.99 will apply. (non-refundable) Pickers on duty will only select and reserve the best for you。
  2. Customers will be contacted via email within 1-2 days when all items are ready. (Kindly wait for our confirmation email as we will need time to process and prepare your order properly for collection)
  3. Orders must be collected within 7 days upon receiving our email that your order is ready for collection.
  4. We shall send reminder messages via Whatsapp or call by the 7th day, we will proceed with the cancellation with a refund less administrative/ platform fee and bank charges if there is still no collection. (Please see Changes to delivery/ Order cancellation policy below)

Delivery charges within Singapore

          1. The Garden Store (S) Pte. Ltd. provides a free delivery service for the purchase of >=S$100.00 in Singapore otherwise the delivery charge will be S$15.00.
          2. We will process all orders within 24 hours and we aim to complete the delivery within 2- 4 days upon processing (Exclude Sunday & Public Holidays). You should receive a notification when we are processing your order.
          3. Sometimes part of an order is out of stock and this may delay delivery. We will do our best to make sure all orders are delivered carefully and safely to you.
          4. Request to leave order by the doorstep with full access up to doorstep can be arranged by leaving us a comment at check out (at your own risk basis)
          5. For overweight items, i.e. purchase of Paving Slabs for more than 10 qty, there is an overweight charge of $10 for qty above 10, and for every every additional 10 pieces of the same size. (Example, qty ordered = 10, No additional charges. qty ordered = 11, +S$10 overweight charge. qty Ordered = 32, +S$30 additional overweight charge. Maximum overweight charges S$60.00)

          Urgent Delivery/ Express Delivery

          1. For urgent delivery within 24 hours, you may Email us or call +65 6448 8602, 0r Whatsapp +65 8393 9900 to check if it is possible.
          2. Additional charge from $30.00 onwards (depending on the size of the order) will be levied to the Order total for this service.

          All Deliveries are sent to Main Door (Door Step) directly or accessible via a lift

          1. There is a nominal charge of $10.00 for each level of climb required. Do let us know that your unit is a walk-up apartment and if you need us to do the climb to your unit. Alternatively, you can collect your items from us on the ground floor else it will be considered a failed attempt and Re-delivery charges apply. 

          Shipping charges for Overseas/ International Shipping

          Kindly contact us via email or Contact Us for the latest shipping charges before placing an order.

          If order is placed and we are unable to ship due to the custom restrictions of your country, 
          a refund less administrative/ platform fee/ bank charges applies. Kindly check with us before ordering.

          It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for any of the Destination/ Country's custom charges, Duties, Taxes and any other additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs when the parcel arrives at the Destination as we have no control over this.

          Delivery Timing

                    1. Timing: 0900hrs – 2000hrs
                    2. Monday to Saturday (No delivery on Sunday & Public Holidays)
                    3. Confirmation of the delivery date and time shall be made with the customer only via Phone Call or Whatsapp or SMS  before delivery.
                    4. Even when agreeing with a firm delivery time, we shall be granted a reasonable extension of the delivery time, should we be in delay due to traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
                    5. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to reasons including but not limited to lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified at our earliest convenience. The Garden Store (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.

                     Surcharges

                    1. All restricted compound that requires additional security clearance:  + $30.00

                    Changes to Delivery/ Cancellation of Order

                    1. We accept changes to the delivery date and/or time up to 01 working day before the stipulated delivery date. Any changes must be made in writing to us through Email. Please remember to include your invoice/order number in the email subject title for tracking purposes. The change in delivery date and/or time will not be considered confirmed unless we have replied in writing. 
                    2. There will be a 10% or $3.00 Administrative fee levied (Whichever is higher) for the cancellation of an order that is ready for delivery or collection. Refund amount less administrative fee will be completed within 7 working days.

                    Failed Delivery Attempt 

                    1. In the unfortunate event that a customer missed the attempted delivery, a service fee of $15.00 will be levied for a re-delivery.
                    2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the contact number and address are accurate, drivers on the move can only contact you via the contact number provided.
                    3. For unsuccessful attempts and customers do not wish to have a re-delivery, a refund will be arranged, less any delivery cost as per invoice.

                    Other Services

                    1. Re-Potting services are available at a nominal fee of $8 - $20 per pot. Do make sure to include Potting Soil in your order and leave us comment upon checkout on which pot to which plant that you require repotting. We will contact you via Email/ WhatsApp/ Call if any item does not fit etc.  (Re-Potting services are only for products bought from TheGardenStore.sg and are done before delivery, no on-site potting/planting services)
